I love good health and vitality better than my favorite foods.

That’s the conclusion I had to make recently.

I had been diagnosed with a wheat allergy by two different doctors several years ago. But I continued eating every food product made from wheat possible because I loved them. I also continued eating bread, pasta, and pastries because I experienced no allergy symptoms. My assumption was that both doctors got my diagnosis wrong.

Unbeknownst to me, the wheat allergy had been ravaging my health and vitality for years. I recently realized that wheat has been taking a toll on my body because I have been suffering from wheat-related health conditions for a very long time. So, I stopped consuming it. Now I feel better and look forward to many more days of good health.
